St Wulstan's Church, Little Malvern -

Restoration of the church continues after the major re-roofing project of 2003/04 which would not have been possible without, in particular, a large grant from English Heritage. The Elgar family graves are located at the southern end of the cemetery.

At St Wulstan’s, we carry on the Benedictine liturgical tradition with our gregorian Mass chants. Our much praised choir’s communion motets connect us too with the musical legacy of both Edward Elgar and the twentieth century composer, Dorothy Howell, both buried in our cemetery.  In addition to our Sunday morning (sung) and Saturday evening (said) Masses, on Sunday afternoons there is a sung Mass celebrated by visiting priests in the Extraordinary Form (traditional Latin) with its own choir also performing gregorian chant and church polyphony.

St Wulstan’s Church is located in Little Malvern just 200 metres north of the junction of A449 and the A4104. It is situated on slopes of the beautiful Malvern Hills, overlooking the broad Severn Plain.
