Events submitted are moderated and we can’t guarantee to publish every submitted listing. If you are unsure, or wish to discuss an event listing, contact us.
Not-for-profit events are FREE and will appear online after we have double checked the entry.
You can submit an event that is organised by a local business and/or is for profit, but publication might incur a small cost if the business is not already a paying member of our site. If so, we will contact you with the information once submitted, to discuss possibilities.
The events submitted should be open to the general public, appropriate for a "Community" website and be of interest to residents and visitors of the Malvern Hills area.
We reserve the right to decide how and where on the website your event will be displayed.
We may decide that your event is not appropriate and will not be published.
We may edit your event details.
We cannot accept responsibility for any mistakes made in the details of the event submitted.
Your event may also be published in the relevant community magazine(s); All About Malvern, All About West of the Hills or All About St John's & Villages Magazines.
We will use your details to communicate with you if there are any problems with the submission. We will also add you to our electronic mailing list, providing you with a monthly update on what’s new on the website, for which you can unsubscribe at any time. We will not use your details in any other way.
